About the Role

Our client in the Manufacturing sector is currently looking to employ a General Administrator to join their team based in Isando, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department, managing dealer agreements and documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and track demonstrator and relief unit records and related documentation.
Manage dealer agreements, compliance documentation, and document control.
Monitor expiry dates and follow up on outstanding or missing documentation.
Collate and consolidate sales and performance data for reporting purposes.
Prepare dealer performance packs and maintain accurate dealer master data.
Maintain Key Account records and support reporting and review processes.
Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects and dealer information requests.
Assist with travel administration and executive coordination during travel periods.
Act as a central coordination point for information flow and follow-ups.
Track actions and ensure continuity of office operations.
Provide flexible administrative support across the Sales and Marketing Department.
Adapt to new projects, system changes, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements

Matric

Minimum 23 years of experience in similar role

Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple trackers and document registers

Strong data collation and basic analytical capability

Confident coordination across internal teams and dealers

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and document management

Ability to work independently and prioritise in a dynamic environment

Exposure to sales operations, dealer environments or commercial administration

Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements
