To design and create visual text and imagery concepts, by using computer software, assist Transaction Banking Global Proposals and Presentations team with graphic requirements of Transaction Banking -led banking sales proposals and presentations across Transaction Banking ‘s global business, to communicate ideas that inspire, developing the overall layout and production design for tender presentation, submissions and corporate reports, to meet specific commercial and business needs, to obtain successful allocation of business.

Product

Coordinate and compile tenders as delegated by management, project managing the process of information gathering, design, graphics, stakeholder engagement and final submission, in support of the Team Leader and Proposal Managers.

Strengthen and build the banks profile in the proposal management community and ensure personal development through involvement and membership in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), to enhance and improve the graphical representation in tenders on behalf of Transaction Banking Tender submissions.

Design and deliver high quality template designs, illustrations and diagrams to Proposals and Presentations team and broader sales teams including the meticulous formatting of documents in MS Word and PowerPoint; applying strong conceptualising / brainstorming abilities, in order to deliver high quality and effective presentations and documentation.

Optimise and enhance tender submissions and proposals by constantly reviewing written proposal content and suggest ways to make communications more visual and simplified, to bring the key messages and deliverables across.

Engage and facilitate discussions, fact finding and brainstorming sessions and meetings with key internal stakeholders, centred on bringing together sales, product and proposals goals through high-impact graphics to win more business taking time sensitive deadlines into account.

Enhance and optimise layouts, the look and feel and design of proposals and presentations on a continuous basis, positioning the Bank and Transaction Banking at the forefront of efficient and creative proposals, ahead of the rest of the market.

Develop and enhance understanding of banking products, systems , processes and services, in order to add additional value and comprehend proposal requirements, allowing for better understanding and interpretation of offerings and focus areas in the design and layout of proposals.

Technology and Architecture

Drive the enhancement and utilisation of digital and online systems related to graphic design, layouts and trends, staying abreast with digital graphic enhancements and latest updates and versions, including but not limited to InDesign, Adobe, Microsoft, Publications, Illustrator etc.

Client

Design presentations in such a manner to ensure proposals/presentations are responsive to client needs through strong graphics and visual language.

People

Build strong relationships across countries and cultures in Transaction Bankings global business, to work towards a common goal in terms of delivering high quality proposals/presentations to national and international clients and markets, negotiating and facilitating the complete formulation process of a proposal up to submission.

Data

Manage and track multiple assignments and deliverables, making use of dashboard and reporting tools for quick access by management to view progress and critical areas, tracking deadlines and deliverables and especially ensuring exceeding client deadlines and submission cut-offs, not to forfeit business opportunities.

Risk, Regulatory, Prudential and Compliance

Manage and review proposal content to remain in line with al banking and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality is maintained in terms of bank sensitive information, that it is not included in documentation that could place the bank at risk.
