About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract basis in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership, driving business outcomes, and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategy with business objectives and position HR as a strategic business partner.
  • Provide expert HR advisory services and ensure consistent HR support across business units.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies.
  • Manage recruitment processes and oversee graduate programme compliance and execution.
  • Drive performance management processes and monitor transformation and diversity objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and legislative compliance matters.
  • Support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Strategic thinking and HR strategy implementation.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Human Resources or Management Sciences or similar.
  • 6 years Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • 3–6 years Employment Equity experience.
  • 3–6 years Industrial Relations experience.
  • 3–6 years Organisational Development experience.
  • 3–6 years Employee Benefits experience.
