About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Montagu, where you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s human resources function. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic guidance and support to senior management, as well as contribute to the development of organisational-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver employee engagement programs
- Conduct labour relations and conflict resolution
- Manage payroll processes, including Sage 300 People
- Develop and maintain organisational policies, processes, and standards
- Analyse and interpret data to inform HR decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Industrial or Organisational Psychology background
- Background in Hospitality Human Resources
- At least 5 years experience in the Human Resource function in a hospitality environment
- Extensive experience in Labour Relations
- Payroll experience (Sage 300 People)
- Valid Drivers license
