Key Responsibilities Assist in creating 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, assemblies, and fabrication details using SolidWorks. Modify and update drawings based on redlines, engineering instructions, and site changes. Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure all drawings comply with internal standards, templates, and ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements. Maintain document control through SolidWorks PDM, including revision tracking and drawing accuracy. Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to clarify design details. Participate in design reviews and resolve minor design queries under supervision. Continuously develop SolidWorks proficiency and mechanical system knowledge. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile Education: National Diploma in Mechanical Draughting or similar draughting qualification. Experience: 13 years’ mechanical draughting experience (water/process industry advantageous) Solid experience in SolidWorks 3D modelling and drafting. Skills: Understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability.
