About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and polished Lifestyle Manager to join our luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. As a client-facing, service-driven role, you will provide high-level lifestyle and administrative support to high-net-worth members, ensuring seamless and personalised service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage member requests via email, telephone, and CRM systems in line with SLAs
  • Deliver personalised, high-touch lifestyle management services
  • Act as first point of contact for the Johannesburg office
  • Manage requests from initiation through to successful completion
  • Ensure consistently high levels of member satisfaction and service delivery
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Management and Lifestyle Managers
  • Extract and analyse CRM data for reporting and operational use
  • Maintain accurate member databases and contact records
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards (including PCI DSS)
  • Support Brand Relations Manager with research and newsletter preparation
  • Assist with events listings and supplier database updates
  • Contribute to internal communications and operational updates
  • Attend and support company events when required
  • Assist with event execution and guest engagement
  • Represent the brand professionally as an ambassador

Requirements

Background in customer service, guest relations, personal assistance, or lifestyle management

Experience with VIP or executive-level clients advantageous

Exposure to luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service environments preferred

Strong understanding of high-end client expectations

Salary & Benefits

R17,500 – R25,000 (Dependent on Experience)
