About the Role
The Membership and Marketing Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards and identity of Houghton Golf Club, contributing to the broader delivery of the Club’s events portfolio as part of the Events structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager as required
- Maintain a clear understanding of the Club’s events portfolio
- Assist in the coordination and communication of Club events
- Oversee all Club communications, including newsletters, the bi-annual magazine, promotional material, social media, and website content—ensuring consistency, quality, and professionalism at all times
- Manage all membership enquiries and administration from initial enquiry through to onboarding, including conducting new member orientations and maintaining accurate records

- Strong attention to detail and organisational discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Digital competence across modern communication platforms
- A professional, service-driven approach
- Experience within a private club, hospitality, or service-led environment is advantageous
