About the Role
Network Finance, a leading diversified resources group, is seeking a Head of Reporting to take ownership of group financial reporting, consolidations, and external reporting processes. As a CA(SA) with strong technical accounting knowledge, you will drive accuracy, consistency, and insight across financial reporting while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group consolidation process across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs for executive and board-level reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and financial controls within the group reporting function
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum 4+ years’ post-articles experience within commerce, ideally with strong exposure to consolidations and group reporting
- Solid technical accounting knowledge with experience in IFRS and preparing high-quality financial reports for senior stakeholders
