Key Responsibilities:

– Handle full bookkeeping functions to trial balance
– Process supplier payments and maintain supplier records
– Assist with journal compilation and month-end processes
– Support annual audit preparation and provide audit schedules
– Maintain and update fixed asset registers
– Prepare and review daily cashbook reconciliations

Skills & Requirements:

– National Diploma in Accounting 
– Min 3 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper or Junior Accountant
– Proficient on ERP systems (Syspro experience advantageous)
– Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
– Deadline-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
