About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a strong commercial background to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel on commercial contracts and partnering with business teams to drive deal success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs and service agreements
- Providing cross-border or multi-jurisdiction contract exposure
- Managing contractual risk and structuring solutions
- Partnering with business teams to find balanced ways to manage risk

- LLB (Admitted Attorney advantageous)
- ±5–10 years’ commercial legal experience
