About the Role

You Choose Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced South African contractor to represent our US-based finance consulting firm in client-facing roles, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to strategic growth. As a remote Part-Time Remote Client & Business Development Associate, you will work with clients across various industries, providing expert guidance on financial matters and driving business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend virtual client meetings and networking events on behalf of the company owner.
• Represent the company professionally in conversations with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in business development, including identifying opportunities and supporting lead generation.
• Follow up with existing clients and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Use your accounting/finance background to understand client needs and explain how the company services can help.
• Provide input on business opportunities and client strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Background in accounting, finance, or a related field sufficient to understand client needs and articulate value. Clear, professional English communication, with an accent that is easily understood by US clients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable representing the owner in high-level client meetings. Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.

Salary & Benefits

Maximum 40 hours per month, working US business hours (approximately 5-10 hours per week).
