At the heart of this experience is the food and beverage offering, and the pastry section plays a central role in setting the tone. We are therefore seeking a skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef to join this exceptional team and help bring this culinary vision to life. This role is suited to a solid, hands-on pastry professional who takes pride in producing consistent, quality baked goods and desserts. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pastry section, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of output. A good eye for presentation and a reliable, team-oriented approach are key to succeeding in this role. : A relevant culinary or pastry qualification with solid, practical experience in a professional kitchen environment. Proven expertise across a broad range of pastry disciplines including desserts, baked goods, and breakfast items such as breads and pastries. The ability to manage the pastry section efficiently, including prep, stock control, and maintaining hygiene standards. A good eye for presentation and consistency in every dish that leaves the kitchen. A team player with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively during service.
