About the Role
We are seeking a Parts Sales Executive to join our team in Germiston, Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to dealerships, transporting companies, and other clients. You will work closely with these clients to understand their needs and provide them with the right spare parts solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend parts to clients based on their vehicle makes and models
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on parts catalogues, VIN decoding, and OEM part identification
- Process quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management for clients
- Manage high call/WhatsApp group volumes and work under pressure to meet sales targets
- Transport spare parts to clients as required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric with 2–5 years’ experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales
- Experience with brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or other commercial vehicle groups
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Good physical health and sober habits
- Clear criminal record (subject to verification)
- Excel Skills and SAP Experience

Salary & Benefits
