We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled post-production supervisor to oversee and manage all facets of post-production for Saudi Aramcos video and media content. The successful candidate will coordinate personnel and workflows across editing, sound, visual effects, and final mastering. This role requires close collaboration with production directors and clients to ensure high-quality media outputs aligned with corporate objectives and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage post-production operations including ingest, editing, grading, VFX, motion graphics, sound recording, dubbing, file conversions, and archiving.

Work closely with production directors and clients to plan, coordinate and deliver media assets across various platforms.

Provide expert post-production advice and technical support during studio and location shoots.

Establish project objectives, delivery schedules, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Maintain high-quality control standards throughout the post-production lifecycle.

Implement and manage project management tools and software to track and assign resources.

Perform other duties as required in line with production demands.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on post-production experience in a professional environment, handling corporate, broadcast, and commercial projects.

Proven track record in managing complex post-production workflows and leading teams.

Extensive understanding of international technical standard,s including audio/video levels, CODECs, file formats, and transfer protocols.

Proficient with software such as FCP, Premiere Pro, Smoke, After Effects, Pro Tools, Maya,and 3D Studio Max.

Experience working with multiple camera formats and media types.

Familiar with scheduling/resource management software, especially Farmers Wife.

Comprehensive knowledge of copyright, licensing, and clearance protocols.

Strong creative sensibility demonstrated through a portfolio or showreel.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interpret and implement feedback effectively.
