About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in IT Managed Services, Outsourcing Models, and ITSM principles. The role requires extensive pre-sales expertise, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to drive lead generation, develop proposals, and support bid processes. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and NCPF, combined with strong negotiation skills, will be essential. Success in this position demands teamwork, resilience under pressure, accountability, and an ethical, go-getter mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present value propositions for Managed Services to clients
- Craft and convey a compelling pitch for ITSM services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with C-Suite level engagement
- Extract client requirements and build value outcomes aligned to our managed services value proposition
- Collaborate with internal teams to put together proposals as part of the bid and opportunity development process
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in both Private and Public Sector
- Strong knowledge of IT Managed Services, Outsourcing Models, and ITSM principles
- Deep understanding on how to extract client requirements and build value outcomes aligned to our managed services value proposition
- Knowledge of Cyber security principles, tools, and processes (i.e. NIST, NCPF)
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- ITSM / ITIL certified Professional
- Relevant Sales Training
