About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, commission-based arrangement. As a self-driven individual with an established network, you will manage live mandates across various industries, earning direct rewards for successful placements. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop accurate role briefs
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates with clear written summaries
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through placement and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future and recurring roles
- Recruit across various industries and levels as mandates arise
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, and candidates
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of successful placements across multiple sectors
- Strong sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
