About the Role

Fempower Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards in accordance with HYDAC policies and ethics. You will also generate purchase requisition and stock planning requirements for customers, on-board new customers, prepare and process quotations, orders, and invoices, and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Grow Sales from Customers Assigned to You
Generate Purchase Requisition and Stock Planning Requirements for Customers
On-board New Customers in Consultation with Internal Sales Manager
Prepare and Process Quotations, Orders, and Invoices with Precision
Maintain Accurate Records of Sales Transactions and Customer Communications
Assist Customers with Product Information and Coordinate with Technical Teams When Required
Support Logistics and Warehouse Coordination to Ensure Timely Deliveries
Provide Administrative Support to the Sales Team, Including Reporting and Documentation

Requirements

Matric or Diploma in Engineering (Fitter or Millwright) Preferred
1-2 Years Experience within Customer Services Environment Preferrable
Good Working Knowledge of Hydraulics, Lubrication, and Filtration
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with ERP System: Acumetica

Qualifications

Matric, Preferable Diploma Engineer and or Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright)
Preferable 1 – 2 years experience within customer services environment
