Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 10 years experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or related industries Proven track record in multi-line financial services sales, including credit insurance, bonding, and investment products Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans In-depth understanding of the South African financial services market and regulatory landscape Proven track record in managing sales teams Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across all business lines (credit insurance, guarantees and bonding, credit management platform, debt collections, top-up and gap cover, and investment solutions) Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets for each business line Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the companys Client base Build and maintain strong relationships with key Clients, industry Stakeholders, and strategic Partners Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to continuously refine sales approaches and product offerings Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial impact Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement within the sales function TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
