Job Summary

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team within a fast-growing global service provider specialising in VAT recovery. This role offers a chance to drive significant commercial impact while mentoring and scaling a successful sales function. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic sales leadership, deep commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and elevate a team. This is a senior leadership role best suited for professionals with a proven track record in delivering revenue growth through high-impact sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to industry trends and business objectives Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets Set measurable goals and KPIs for the team, and drive accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement Foster a performance-driven and motivated team culture Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role Demonstrated success in people management, team development, and driving high performance Strong grasp of sales metrics, forecasting, and strategic planning Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred A passion for learning, development, and growing commercial capability Remuneration & Benefits: Highly competitive base salary Lucrative 50% OTE incentive structure with uncapped commission Flexible working policies and a dynamic working environment Opportunity to join a global market leader with ambitious growth plans This role is suited to sales leaders who want to make a measurable impact and work within a forward-thinking, commercially driven environment. Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive new business acquisition by managing a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. This senior individual contributor role focuses on direct sales to end-users and requires a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will independently manage their sales pipeline, coordinate with partnerships and marketing teams, and contribute to revenue growth through direct client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and partner referrals Engage with senior decision-makers by presenting tailored solutions aligned with client needs Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies Work alongside the partnerships team to leverage integrations and referral channels Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and improve sales collateral, pitch decks, and proposals Represent the organisation at industry events and client meetings Mentor junior members of the sales team where required Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within SaaS or technology sectors Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technology field Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or B2B environment Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Deep understanding of solution selling, SaaS metrics, and deal structuring Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong grasp of B2B buying processes and stakeholder management Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently If you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
