About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving growth in our poultry products business. If you have a passion for agriculture and achieving results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Present and sell poultry products effectively
  • Meet and report on sales targets
  • Travel to client sites as required

Requirements

  • Matric
  • A relevant Sales, Marketing or Business Management tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • 5 Years of External Sales experience

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers licence; willing to travel and spend time away from home
  • Proven track record in sales

As a confident closer with a strong desire for high-value conversations, you will represent a premium hair restoration solution provider with clinics worldwide. You will work closely with clients who are ready to invest and expect certainty, guiding decisions, controlling the room, and closing deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run high-level in-person and virtual consultations with qualified leads.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline, follow-ups, and monthly conversions.
  • Guide clients through personal, high-value decisions with calm authority.
  • Close deals — not pass them on, not delay them.
  • Maintain strict follow-up discipline using CRM systems.
  • Lead by example through presentation, punctuality, and work ethic.
  • Set the standard for junior consultants through daily behaviour, not titles.

Requirements

  • 5 years in consultative, high-ticket sales (luxury, medical, property, finance, or premium services).

About the Role

AJ Personnel is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead and manage a sales team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling to the mining industry and relevant communities, with a proven track record of driving growth with existing and new markets. As a BEE position, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

Key Responsibilities
