Johannesburg: Store Manager

Take full ownership of store operations and staff management in this exciting position. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise store staff. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including school principals. Order and manage stock levels. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliations. Use own vehicle for work purposes (compensation provided). Operate the store as if it were your own business, making independent decisions to drive success. Optionally open the store on Sundays to increase business. Perform weekly banking and financial reconciliations. Requirements: Matric certificate. Minimum of five years experience in retail management. Strong sales-focused mindset. Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
