Build Your Future With a Growing Construction Group An established turnkey construction group with a national footprint is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Partner . This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an opportunity for a commercially driven construction professional to leverage their expertise, network, and industry relationships while earning directly from the success of the projects they help secure and deliver. Our business operates across commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential, coatings, waterproofing, concrete, and infrastructure sectors, delivering projects from concept through to completion. About the Opportunity As a Commercial Partner, you will take ownership of the full commercial lifecycle of projects, including: Estimating and pricing of projects Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Project budgeting and cost planning Tender and quotation management Cash flow forecasting and cost reporting Supplier and subcontractor pricing procurement Client and professional team relationship management Business development and project origination Commercial project close-out and handover You will be supported by an experienced administration and operations team, allowing you to focus on commercial delivery and business growth. Compensation Structure This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to be rewarded based on performance and results. You will earn 20% of the Gross Profit generated on each project you originate and manage commercially. Gross Profit is calculated as: Project Revenue less Direct Project Costs Example: Project Gross Profit: R500,000 Your Share (20%): R100,000 There is no earning ceiling. Your income is directly linked to the value you create and the projects you help secure and deliver.
