About the Role
Telebest is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team in Kempton Park. As a Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, identifying production issues, and ensuring that customers’ deadlines are met. You will have the opportunity to work with hand tools and power tools, as well as perform basic electrical applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and facilities
- Perform basic electrical applications

- Manage stock levels
- Lead a team of workshop staff
Requirements
- Matric or Technical Certificate
- Trade qualification
- Minimum 5 years working in a factory / production environment as a Workshop Foreman with an understanding of the construction industry
- Valid Working at heights certificate
- Site management experience essential
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Have welding experience: tig, arc, CO2 and spot welding
Qualifications
