About the Role

As a Contract Manager at Bidvest Prestige, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cleaning solutions for clients in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Key Responsibilities

• Drive cleaning and hygiene for clients
• Implement HSE, Quality & Risk Management systems
• Conduct daily audits on services rendered
• Assist in managing projects and providing technical support
• Identify gaps and deficiencies in services and advise on solutions
• Explore innovative methods to improve service delivery
• Provide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• NQF Level 6: Diploma in Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related formal qualification
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Valid SA Drivers License
• 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management, and Financial Management
