About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their mining company based in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR generalist function, ensuring effective people management, compliance and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR generalist function, ensuring effective HR service delivery.
- Provide guidance to line management on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies.
- Coordinate performance management, training and development initiatives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and support employee engagement.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR Management or equivalent
- 7-10 years’ experience as a Senior HR Officer
- 5-7 years’ experience working in a mining environment
