About the Role

Fruit Group is seeking a motivated, hands-on Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team in Malelane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the company and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Admin/accounts data capturing on Sage X3
• Debtors, general ledger & reconciliations
• Supplier invoice processing & payments
• Creditors reconciliations & age analysis
• Stock control, petty cash, journaling & purchase order approvals
• Support audits, financial reviews & compliance practices
• Handle supplier queries and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Std.10) further accounting studies an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong financial & accounting knowledge with proven track record
• Experience with stock/inventory, cash books & accounting modules
• Computer skills: MS Office (Excel essential), Sage X3 advantageous
