Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance
  • Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals
  • Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff)
  • Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims
  • Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards
  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships

Requirements Essential:

  • Matric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum)
  • 8-10 years’ management experience in the motor industry
  • Motor parts sales experience
  • P&L and financial management experience
  • Technical knowledge of automotive parts
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous)

  • Budget and financial management
  • ISO 9001/45001 knowledge (advantage)
