About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security advice to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system. As a Site Manager at Spar, you will be expected to manage the smooth day-to-day running of the site, supervise staff, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security advice to clients
• Conduct Quality Assurance Audit
• Perform Threat and Risk assessments
• Act as experienced client liaison and develop professional client relationships
• Effectively deal with and manage client complaints
• Ensure contractual requirements are met all the time
• Maintain the ISO 9001 quality system
• Follow companies/Clients SOPs
• Manage incidents and investigations
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practices, covering physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity, and confidentiality
• Manage the day-to-day running of the site to ensure profitability
• Effectively organize, supervise, and manage staff
• Retain clients and maintain customer service levels
• Develop training programs
• Conduct audits and assessments
• Maintain and safeguard company and client assets

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• PSIRA certification
• Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis, and counter measures
• Familiarity with tools and systems providing access security control
