About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft MDM solution to join our team as a subject matter expert within other initiatives and projects. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of a stable, secure, and reliable solution across our large Windows device estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of platform solution and architecture
- Act as SME within other initiatives and projects
- Collaborate proactively with offshore DevOps provider and external service partners to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional infrastructure teams, including Active Directory, Multi-factor Authentication, Network, Client, Server, and Hardware
- Maintain close alignment with business partners to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively
- Develop and implement a Endpoint Management Cloud Service Strategy and its interdependent architecture with the focus on Azure
- Refine requirements for company-wide endpoint operating system deployment, including upgrade & patch management and software distribution
- Define and oversee the technical Endpoint roadmap, translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with Vendor and IT inputs
- Lead Architecture reviews and ensure low-level designs are created and up to date
- Provide technical coaching to team members in endpoint and Azure cloud areas
- Further develop security and compliance documentation of the endpoint cloud architecture
Requirements
- BSC Degree or BCom Degree or BTech Diploma
- Minimum 10 years practical experience in technologies within IT
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator and/or Azure Administrator Associate and/or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Endpoint Management Certification (Workspace One, Intune)
- ITL V3/V4 Foundation
