Job Description
- Facilitate dealer sales processes; review and implement dealer strategies
- Establish individual and divisional sales objectives
- Set dealer performance targets
- Improve and monitor dealer profitability and financial performance
- Implement and manage dealer standards to meet sales goals
- Develop and maintain dealer sales operating standards and procedures
- Monitor dealer evaluations regarding RSM performance
- Develop field sales action plans supporting regional sales programs
- Coordinate vehicle distribution, sales, and stock planning
- Manage customer satisfaction, wholesale, market share, and business management objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with dealer networks
- Provide dealers with support to generate leads and close sales
- Attend regular management meetings and conduct frequent dealer inspections, including cross-border visits
- Monitor short, medium, and long-term sales objectives and analyze related data
- Implement plans to achieve sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets
- Support dealers in understanding their individual markets and developing business/marketing plans
- Compile regional sales reports
- Ensure proper corporate image representation among stakeholders
- Suggest improvements to dealerships to boost brand image
- Adapt flexibly to change in a dynamic environment
- Apply strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clear, consistent directions and instructions
- Demonstrate excellent people management and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of follow-through
- Operate effectively under pressure with attention to detailed accuracy

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Business Development Diploma
- Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry at dealership or OEM level
- Minimum 2 years’ sales management experience
- Exposure to dealer networks
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Understanding of inventory control and people management
- Strong people management and teamwork skills
- Self-management and initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience facilitating and chairing meetings, capturing and issuing minutes
- Solid understanding of the automotive industry and various market segments
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of Sewells industry data/reports
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze statistical data from Auto MSA
- Lead management and sales funnel analysis
Behavioural Competencies:
