About the Role

The CSP/MSP Product Manager – Telecoms role is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to lead the productization of telecommunications and technology services across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business capabilities and technical solutions into structured, market-ready products and services, while ensuring alignment with market demand, customer requirements, and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the productization of telecommunications and technology services across the organization.
  • Translate business capabilities and technical solutions into structured, market-ready products and services.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, package, and commercialize existing business capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain product catalogues, service definitions, pricing structures, and commercial frameworks.
  • Ensure products align with market demand, customer requirements, and company strategy.
  • Drive continuous product enhancement and E2E product lifecycle management.
  • Own all product collateral, Technical and commercial, both internally and externally.
  • Engage extensively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Technical and Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Executive Leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Act as the central coordination point between commercial and technical teams.
  • Gather and consolidate stakeholder input to shape product requirements and priorities.
  • Present product strategies, updates, and business cases to leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in telecommunications, ICT, or technology product management.
  • Experience in productization and commercialisation of technology services.
  • Strong understanding of telecom and connectivity solutions.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination experience.
