About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with a strong technical background to join our international portfolio team in Midrand. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance across multiple regions. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that requires initiative, maturity, and confidence to engage with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance across multiple regions
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze financial statements, audits, reporting packs, and monthly results to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate variances and drive resolution independently

Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification
- ±2 years post-articles experience
- Strong academics and a consistent track record of achievement
- Solid experience with financial statements, audits, reporting packs, and monthly results
- Ability to identify issues, investigate variances, and drive resolution independently
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
