Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Software Developer to join their team in Midrand, GP. The incumbents in these positions will develop, maintain, and enhance software applications. They will report to the ICT Manager. Software Developers create and maintain the software applications that run on computers and other devices. They write code, test programs, and troubleshoot issues to build functional and efficient software that meets user needs. Candidates who meet the requirements of the position are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Developing and executing tests to ensure software quality.
• Identifying and fixing software defects.
• Contributing to software architecture and design.
• Working with teams to deliver software projects.
• Updating and maintaining existing software systems.
• Analyzing and solving complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in Software Development/ Computer Science/ Information
  Technology/ Information Systems/ Informatics / Financial Information Systems or
  equivalent.
  
• Minimum of Three (3) years of Systems Development in a Lead Developer position.

• Solid experience in JavaScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Extra credit for knowledge of ODOO.
• Knowledge of Web and Mobile Development; .NET Core Framework; ASP.NET, MVC,
• Web API and Core; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; jQuery, Angular and React; ORM; Web Services (REST & SOAP), Workflow systems; SQL Server 2022; MySQL 8; Database Design.
