About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join our client’s hotel team in Milnerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building
- Monitor and control hotel finances, including budgeting and cost management
- Collaborate with departments to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel operations as an outlet manager or in various outlet management roles
- Hotel Management Diploma preferred (but not mandatory)
