About the Role
Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Developer to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities through outreach and networking. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a competitive mindset, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Schedule and attend at least 8 new client meetings per week.
- Analyse client needs and present tailored solutions across service offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
- Support forecasting and consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with smooth client handover.
