Vacancy: Entry-Level Admin Assistant (Afrikaans-Speaking, Female) – Nelspruit
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in administration, is keen to learn, and is committed to contributing positively to our companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
– Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
– Support basic accounting functions and assist with invoicing and document management
– Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors with professionalism
– Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
– Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
– Female applicant
– Fluent in Afrikaans & English (read, write, and speak)
– Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential) – Accounting as subject is a big advantage
– Accounting as a subject and/or relevant background in accounting
– Computer literate (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Good organizational and communication skills
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the company
Advantages:
– Previous admin or office support experience (preferred but not required)
– Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
