About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of administration and sales, while driving business growth through target-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of administration and/or sales
- Meet or exceed monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Conduct thorough interviews and candidate assessments
Requirements
- Matric and any Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- Target-driven, with prior experience working towards targets will be advantageous
- 3 Years’ of experience managing high volumes of administration and/or sales will be beneficial
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
- Must possess strong communication skills at all levels
