Recruitment Consultant (Full-Time) We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, professional Recruitment Consultant with strong experience using Placement Partner or similar ATS platforms. This role requires someone who delivers high-quality work, manages multiple vacancies, and maintains excellent communication with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment across multiple industries Placement Partner management updating pipelines, notes, statuses, documents, and job adverts daily Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates Managing job adverts, applications, and talent pipelines through Placement Partner Conducting interviews and reference checks Preparing professional candidate profiles and submissions Maintaining consistent communication with clients and candidates Meeting turnaround times, quality standards, and placement targets Ensuring accurate, up-to-date records on Placement Partner and internal trackers Requirements: Experience using Placement Partner or similar ATS Previous recruitment experience (agency experience advantageous) Strong communication and people skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline Professional, reliable, and deadline-driven Computer literate with excellent admin accuracy Own transport preferred What We Offer: Competitive basic salary Commission structure Structured, supportive working environment Clear processes and systems (Placement Partner, email-first communication, appointments-only client engagement) Opportunities for growth and development How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only .
