About the Role
A growing business is seeking a detail-oriented Creditors & Finance Support Administrator to join their finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintaining clean creditor accounts, and supporting procurement and project teams with financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process supplier invoices on Sage Accounting
- Match supplier invoices to Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
- Reconcile creditor accounts to the general ledger
- Investigate and resolve supplier account queries
- Request and follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs)
- Provide administrative support to the buying/procurement function
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel for data capturing, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and financial records
Requirements
Previous experience in a creditors or finance administration role
Strong understanding of invoice processing and reconciliations
Experience working with Sage Accounting (advantageous but not essential)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential – spreadsheet processing required)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (finance, procurement, suppliers, project teams)
Strong organisational and time management skills
