About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our team in North Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process conveyancing documents, including bond cancellations and transfers
- Assist with sheriff transfers, liquidations, estates, sectional title, and conventional transfers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide exceptional client service and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in a law firm or legal environment
- Strong knowledge of bond cancellations and transfers
- Experience dealing with sheriff transfers, liquidations, estates, sectional title, and conventional transfers
