Job Description

Sales and Customer Service: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits. Negotiate prices, financing options, and payment plans. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support. Marketing and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls. Participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Maintain an active presence on social media to attract potential buyers. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on the latest models, features, and industry trends. Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of vehicles and financing options. Provide customers with accurate information regarding warranties, servicing, and insurance options. Administration and Documentation: Process sales paperwork, contracts, and financing applications accurately. Maintain customer records and follow up with leads and past buyers. Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions. Team Collaboration and Reporting: Work with other sales team members to achieve dealership targets. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Assist in inventory management and showroom organization.
