About the Role

Join an FMCG team as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the Free State, where you will drive strategic marketing initiatives and ensure high-performance sales execution. You will lead and coach a team of field-based sales agents, set and monitor their performance, conduct regular field visits, review sales reports, guide the identification of new business opportunities, and implement consistent branding across the sales function.
