About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Consultant to join our reputable clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax knowledge and be proficient in technology tools used by SARS.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under pressure to manage deadlines in line with SARS requirements
- Liaise effectively with SARS, clients, and staff through effective written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and organisational skills
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel experience for documentation and reporting purposes
Requirements
- General knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SARS E-Filing
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in line with SARS requirements
- Strong accuracy and organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- BCom Accounting degree (or other equivalent)
- Tax Technician and/or Professional qualification
- Valid drivers license
