Job Description
- Identify and improve internal processes to save time and reduce manual work across the firm
- Develop and Maintain automations, scripts and small applications to support the business
- Drive AI development initiatives, including building and improving AI Agents (Copilot Studio, Claude)
- Build and Maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for management and branch use
- Work with Python and other tools to integrate data between systems
- Support the IT Manager on firm-wide technology and transformation projects
- Document processes, workflows and technical solutions clearly
Requirments:
- BCom degree (or similar) combined with IT knowledge or qualification
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and data tasks
- Experience with Power BI Report development
- Exposure to AI Tools and agent platforms( Claude, Copilot Studio or similar)
- Understanding of business processes and a strong drive to improve them
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Afrikaans and English proficiency
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
