About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Paarl, Franschhoek, or Wellington. As the first point of contact for the director’s communications, you will be responsible for managing the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. If you have excellent written and spoken Afrikaans and English skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management across multiple business entities
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including venues, attendees, and logistics
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Acting as the first point of contact for emails and enquiries, effectively managing the director’s communications
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with community organisations, industry partners, and stakeholders
  • Providing executive and business support, including the management of reports, correspondence, and administrative functions across the director’s various entities
  • Coordinating property maintenance and service schedules
  • Managing the director’s private residence, household staff, and family-related requirements
  • Arranging local and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries

Requirements

  • Matric or related qualification
  • Excellent written and spoken Afrikaans and English
  • Comfortable engaging on an executive level
  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all communications
  • High focus on punctuality and always ensuring details are double-checked for accuracy
  • Proficiency in using data reporting tools to generate actionable insights
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Own reliable vehicle essential
