About the Role
The Teddy Bear Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team on a contract basis for our GBV Project. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting with projects, supervision, outreach work, presentations, report writing, and networking. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality, honesty, and resourcefulness in your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on Projects
- Supervision
- Outreach Work
- Presentations
- Report Writing (including statistical data editing and compilation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports)
- Networking
Requirements
- BA Social Work
- Current Registration with the Council
- Valid Criminal Vetting Certificate
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in field work
- Drivers License and willingness to travel
- Computer Literacy (MS Office including PowerPoint)
- Strong Administration, Writing Ability, and Reporting Skills
- Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
- Current Criminal Vetting and Sexual Offences Register clearance
