About the Role
Xpresso Café is seeking a highly detail-oriented Store Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining high levels of quality across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Ensure brand consistency across all stores
- Compile inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, food service, auditing, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Johannesburg and KZN
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
