About the Role
A well-established company within the agricultural and packhouse environment is seeking a hands-on and motivated Millwright to join their maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, fault-finding, and performing preventative maintenance on packhouse equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of packhouse equipment
- Repairs of faulty equipment
- Fault-finding and diagnosis of equipment issues
- Preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Management of maintenance schedules and audits
Requirements
- Previous experience within equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong fault-finding and technical ability
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience
- Knowledge of the OHS Act
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules and audits
- Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Qualifications
Trade Tested Millwright certification
