Job Description

Our client has an opportunity available for an experienced Senior IT Administrator to manage and support IT services across multiple operational sites. This role is suited to a hands-on IT professional who combines strong technical ability with excellent communication skills and a service-driven approach.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted IT support partner within the organisation, providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring systems run efficiently across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IT support across multiple sites
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user issues
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments and licensing
Provide desktop and infrastructure support to users across the organisation
Liaise with and manage third-party service providers, including IT vendors and service partners
Assist in identifying IT risks, improvements, and system requirements
Maintain reliable and efficient IT systems and network environments
Provide on-site support where required across operational locations
Minimum Requirements
Relevant IT qualification or diploma
Proven experience in IT support or IT administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and senior stakeholders
Valid drivers licence
