About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative in Pinetown, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth within our cutting tools and manufacturing client base. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries related to cutting tools, tooling solutions, and machining applications
- Prepare accurate quotations on cutting tools (carbide inserts, drills, taps, end mills, etc.) and follow up to secure orders
- Provide product recommendations and technical support to resellers, distributors, and end users
- Process orders and ensure smooth coordination through to delivery
- Maintain and grow relationships within the cutting tools and manufacturing client base
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Liaise with external sales representatives regarding customer requirements and opportunities
Requirements
Skills in selling, customer service, and product knowledge are essential for this role. Experience in a similar industry or sales environment is highly recommended.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this position. However, relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
