About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team in Plettenberg Bay. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our luxury establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within hospitality environments
- Perform administrative tasks, including stock control and inventory management
- Provide exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Hospitality qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a senior housekeeping role within a hotel, lodge, guesthouse, or luxury hospitality environment
- Previous supervisory or management experience essential
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transportation
